The Bay Area Mormon Studies Council and the Oakland California Stake are pleased to welcome back Steve Young for a devotional on Sunday, August 27 at the Oakland Temple Hill Auditorium. 

Steve is a former San Francisco 49ers quarterback, two-time league MVP, Super Bowl MVP, and member of the College Football Hall of Fame and Pro Football Hall of Fame. Last year he published a book, The Law of Love, demonstrating how loving as God loves — seeking another’s healing, expecting nothing in return — is a simple principle with profound, life-changing implications. 

Steve Young is co-founder of a private equity firm, Chairman of the Forever Young Foundation, and a member of the Menlo Park Stake.
